These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EuroPath Education website and application ("the Service"), operated by EuroPath Education ("we", "us"). The Service provides educational consulting for international students seeking to study in Italy, including university admissions guidance, scholarship information, and automated content publishing about studying in Italy across social media platforms.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the Service by attempting to disrupt, disable, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
The Service provides information about Italian universities, scholarships, visa processes, and student life. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information is current or complete. University admission requirements, scholarship criteria, and visa regulations may change. You should always verify information with official university and government sources.
Consulting services are provided under one of the packages below, as agreed in a written services agreement signed by both parties. Prices are in euro (EUR) and exclude bank charges.

The provision of services begins after receipt of the advance payment. The exact payment terms are set out in the services agreement signed by the parties.

Add-on services are optional and are agreed in writing before the agreement is signed. No additional service is charged unless agreed by both parties in writing.
We assist with applications for regional government scholarships, which may cover tuition, student accommodation, meals, and a financial stipend based on family income evaluation. Scholarship decisions are made exclusively by the competent authorities; EuroPath Education does not guarantee any particular outcome.
The Service publishes educational content to social media platforms including TikTok, Threads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Content published through our automated systems reflects EuroPath Education's educational mission. We are not responsible for third-party content or comments on our social media posts.
Some features of the Service may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All content provided through the Service, including text, images, videos, and educational materials, is the property of EuroPath Education or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Decisions on admission, scholarships, and visas are made by universities and public authorities, not by EuroPath Education. To the extent permitted by applicable law, EuroPath Education shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page.
